Before DRX 9000: I had severe lower back pain and burning in my right leg. It was very hard getting up in the morning and could hardly get out of bed. And, it was very hard to go to work and bend over. I was on pain pills and a heating pad just about every night.

After DRX 9000: The pain is a lot better. I can get up in the morning, no burning in my leg. Everything seems to be good. Come over and see the doctor and the office staff. He explains everything to you and makes you feel like you are welcome here.

Before DRX 9000: I had been diagnosed with having herniated disc, and I have tried a couple other options to get rid of the pain and it hadn’t helped. I was in constant pain especially because the sciatic nerve was involved. So, I was in pain everyday, all day, 24 hours a day. Before DRX 9000: Back pain from 2 discs in lower back. I couldn’t drive. I couldn’t sleep. It was painful sitting at work. I was skeptical about anyone being able to help me. I was looking at having back surgery and this was my last resort.

After DRX 9000: I’m sleeping at night. I’m sleeping more at night now – I’m not tossing and turning like I used to. I can drive my car long distances without being in a whole lot of pain. Before DRX 9000: I went to see if I could alleviate the extreme pain that I was having. My medical doctor wanted me to have an operation. I had problems with operations before, so I didn’t want to go through that again. The condition that I had was very painful, extremely painful. I wasn’t able to do much of anything. I was incapacitated totally. I wasn’t able to do my exercise, ride my bike, or do walking. Going up and down the steps was very, very painful. My doctor had x-rays done and all he did was giving me a prescription.

After DRX 9000: Well now, I’m able to start doing my exercise again, I’m walking, getting on my bike a little bit. Maybe by next spring, I’ll be able to do some gardening again.

Before DRX 9000: I had been on epidural shots and epidurals were not helping. When they wore off, I was in excruciating pain. So, I knew I had to do something. I had to sit down if I was standing or walking about every 15 minutes in order to alleviate the pain. Cooking dinner would be difficult for me because I would have to sit down every 15 minutes. I could only walk 20 minutes and I’d be in excruciating pain. I was on pain killers and they were not helping me.

After DRX 9000: Now, I can function. I can cook dinner. I can stand in the shower. I can walk with my grandkids to the park and stand around and not be in pain. The fact that I can function without pain is the most important thing in my life right now. I don’t find it hard to come here because I know that I’m going to be with nice people, and I know the treatment is good, and I know I’m not going to be in pain. I feel better. And I think the care here in this particular place is top notch.
